Opening Gala Dinner for E SUN Bank, Brisbane Branch
很榮幸能夠參與2018年8月2日玉山銀行布里斯本分行，位於希爾頓飯店規模300人的開業活動，玉山銀行已有長期配合的公關公司(電通台灣)，對於活動的承辦以及執行已經有很豐富的經驗，而吉事的角色在於幫忙打通澳洲的環節。
從一開始的場地尋找、外燴建議、印刷設計、禮品、道具製作到會場佈置等等。活動的主視覺及其他主要設計由台灣電通負責，吉事除了給予設計及印刷建議外，還負責衍伸設計的製作及優化。例如啟動環節的道具，吉事也積極參與討論，並且因應可行性及金費，給予相關的建議。
It was such an honour being involved in the planning and execution of this Gala Dinner for E SUN Bank from Taiwan. E SUN has a long time partner, Dentsu Taiwan, who has been helping them with several events. Dentsu is ,no doubt, very experienced with event management and execution. Mandarin Marketing is acting as a bridge to help Dentsu translate their specialty in Australia. From the start, we helped them sourcing venues, catering services, printers, souvenirs, props and event decoration etc. The theme of the event was designed by Dentsu and Mandarin Marketing would provide advice regarding to Australia custom and culture. In addition, Mandarin Marketing would help liaising with the suppliers for printing and prop making. If necessary, made revision of the design according to the specification provided by the suppliers.

由於由玉山銀行員工組成的合唱團是全台灣，甚至是全球知名的合唱團，因此台灣電通對視聽器材有很高的要求。燈光音響，尤其是收音效果更是重點項目。再加上合唱團表演需要的舞台載重跟一般的舞台不同，所以吉事也協助尋找適合的供應商，並且確保現場施工品質。根據公關公司的器材需求，吉事也竭盡所能找到更好或是相同的視聽器材，並且確保先場安裝及測試都達到客人的需求。
Due to the client, E SUN, has a world famous choir consist of only E SUN employees, they have specific requirement for everything in the ballroom. And Dentsu is known of high standard for event AV facilities. Mandarin Marketing had to find a tailored solution for the choir performance because the capacity of in house stage cannot hold the whole choir. Based on the requirement provided by Dentsu, Mandarin Marketing was sourcing only the best solution and making sure the installation is both on time and meet the client’s needs.
